Shouted design

Such a bad taste for an excellently made object makes me think that design objects need to be “shouted” nowadays to emerge from the background noise that pervades the Web, the trade fairs and the international exhibitions.
It is very difficult for a well done and nice project to be noticed by people and critics and to get the deserved feedback.
Is there any solution? May be breaking down the background noise? And what about creating more suitable virtual or physical spaces for hight quality design?
